Every signup starts a 30-day trial at Basic limits. If it expires, the account locks but your data is retained — subscribe to pick up where you left off. There is no sales call.
Common questions
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The 30-day trial starts with just an account and a department name. You add payment details only when you're ready to subscribe.
What happens to our data if the trial expires?
The account locks but nothing is deleted. Incident reports, training records, and inspection history are all retained. Subscribing unlocks everything exactly as you left it.
Are any features held back on Basic?
No. Both plans include every feature — incident reporting, the map, roster and training, fleet, inspections, and the calendar. Basic differs only in the number of personnel, users, admins, and units.
How do we cancel?
Anytime, from the Stripe billing portal. Payments are hosted by Stripe; no card data touches Firehall DB.
Is there an annual plan?
Yes. Both plans can be billed monthly or yearly — yearly billing saves about 15 percent. All billing is in Canadian dollars.
