FirehallDB is made by Fire Line Ops Inc., a Canadian company. It was started by a serving firefighter, who saw a need for better record-keeping in his own hall.
That shapes how it works. Features are built around what happens after a call, at a training night, and during a truck check, not around what looks good in a sales demo.

How your data is handled
Incident reports and personnel files are sensitive. Here is what we commit to.
- Department data is hosted in Canada by default, so it stays subject to Canadian privacy law.
- We operate under PIPEDA, Canada’s federal privacy law for private-sector organizations.
- Data is encrypted in transit and members see only what their role permits.
- Your department owns its records. You can request an export at any time.
- We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
- Payments are hosted by Stripe with direct billing available upon request.
